Osteopathy for pregnancy
The body changes constantly during pregnancy. We support you through every trimester.

A woman's body changes constantly during pregnancy. The baby grows and needs space, and it gains that space by reorganising bones, organs and tissues, which can sometimes lead to lower back pain, sciatica, poor circulation, cramps or digestive discomfort.
Our work supports that process of adaptation, easing physical discomfort and helping the pelvis and the body as a whole reach birth with as much mobility and freedom as possible. And on an emotional level, we also take care of that intense moment: reducing anxiety and fears before birth is part of how we support the mother-to-be.

Frequently asked questions
Is osteopathy safe during pregnancy?+
The approach is adapted to each trimester and uses gentle techniques. Even so, every situation is different: your specific case is assessed at the first visit, and for any medical concern we recommend also consulting your midwife or obstetrician.
At what point in the pregnancy can I start?+
You can get in touch at any trimester; the session is adapted to the stage you are in.
Does osteopathy replace follow-up with my midwife or obstetrician?+
No. It is a complementary form of support: your usual medical and obstetric follow-up should continue throughout the pregnancy.
