Shamanism is a very old practice, passed down and cared for over time, that works with symbol and ritual. These sessions are a space for support: time to look at what we carry inside and which, often without our noticing, weighs on us or holds us back.

When we begin to understand where what hurts comes from, naming it and recognising it opens a way through. Little by little, as those burdens and patterns are released, there is more clarity and more room for wellbeing.

The sessions are led by Ingrid Querol. This is symbolic work and self-exploration: it is not a medical or psychological treatment, it does not diagnose or treat illness, and it does not replace any form of healthcare.

Types of session

  • ·Recovering the power animal: a process of reconnecting with an inner energy often represented as an animal, symbolising protection, intuition and strength.
  • ·Shamanic sessions: spaces of care and holding, seeking to bring body, emotions and energy into balance.
  • ·Working with the family lineage: looking at family history, understanding inherited patterns and transforming them.
  • ·Closing grief with ceremony: intimate rituals that accompany the process of saying goodbye and help honour what was lived.
  • ·Space clearing: gentle practices to renew the atmosphere of a place.
  • ·Psychopomp: respectful support that allows symbolic contact or closure with loved ones who have died.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace medical or psychological treatment?+

No. It is a space for symbolic support and self-exploration. It does not diagnose or treat illness, and it does not replace medical care or psychotherapy. If you are under follow-up for something, keep it.

Do I need to believe in anything to come?+

No prior belief is needed. The session is approached with respect for whatever each person brings, and it can stop at any moment.

What happens in a first session?+

We talk about what brings you and agree what kind of session makes sense. There is no fixed script: it adapts to each person.
